Norman (Ski) Kiersznowski Jr: Norman (Ski) Kiersznowski Jr.: Vocals Blaine Booth: Lead Guitar Chris Matusesk:i Lead Guitar Dan Jefferson: Drums Joe Manghan: Bass David Peters: Keyboards 2. FTD: Where are you guys from and what is your home church(s). Ski: We are from New Jersey on the South side, our home church is GCCC in Sewell NJ. 3. FTD: Would you care to share your personal testimony with us? Ski: Well, for me, I came to Christ in April of 2000. While riding around in my Fedex truck I heard a voice say the time is now. I figured out it was God talking to me. He said, I've given you a gift to sing and yet you do it all for yourself. Surrender now and follow Me, do it for me and I'll give you the desires of your heart. 4. FTD: Tell us about the current album "Against a Darkened Sky", and where we can pick up a copy. Ski: This CD came out in November of 2008 on Retroactive Records, the title for this CD was given to me by God, and the vision of what it should look like as well. The original cover art had to be modified in order to sell it in Christian CD stores. Our record company took some things out. If you go to our website you see the original. 5. FTD: We hear there's a new album in the works , what can you tell us about that? Ski: Yes, we have started the writing process for the new one called " THE WRATH THAT IS YET TO COME" it will have 10 new songs plus a cover song on done the FF way, we're going to write all of 2010 and hope to record and release it in 2011. 6. FTD: What are your ministerial and professional vision(s) for FF's future? Ski: For the first time our home church is gonna let us perform for them on April 10th. The sermon will be called "Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover". We wear leather and studs, but preach the gospel too. We're fishers of men, we just use a different kind of bait. We will continue on with the great commission, to bring souls to Jesus. 7. FTD: If this interview were the last public statement you could ever make, what would you say? Ski: It's never to late to turn to God, no matter what you have done. He's always there and ready to forgive your sin's of the past, present and future. If you don't think god has a purpose for you, just look at me. Did I really think I would be blessed to sing in a Christian heavy metal band, are you kidding me? |
